- Orders & Confirmation
All printing and packaging orders must be confirmed in writing. Production begins only after payment confirmation and artwork approval. - Payments
An advance payment is required before production. Balance payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. - Artwork & Proof Approval
Customers must carefully review digital proofs before approving for printing. Once approved, The Papr Project is not responsible for spelling errors, design mistakes, or content errors. - Color Variation
Slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences, paper type, ink absorption, or printing process. - Production Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on job complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. - Intellectual Property
All customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. Designs created by The Papr Project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. - Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
