1. Orders & Confirmation
   All printing and packaging orders must be confirmed in writing. Production begins only after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
2. Payments
   An advance payment is required before production. Balance payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
3. Artwork & Proof Approval
   Customers must carefully review digital proofs before approving for printing. Once approved, The Papr Project is not responsible for spelling errors, design mistakes, or content errors.
4. Color Variation
   Slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences, paper type, ink absorption, or printing process.
5. Production Timeline
   Production timelines vary depending on job complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
6. Intellectual Property
   All customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. Designs created by The Papr Project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
